Please read this policy before completing your booking. By paying, you agree to the terms below.
A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent to the customer. Submitted requests that have not yet been paid do not constitute a confirmed reservation.
Full payment is required to confirm any booking. Payment must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the payment link, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unpaid bookings after this window may be released back to availability.
Name changes on confirmed bookings are permitted up to 72 hours before the departure or check-in date, subject to supplier approval and applicable fees. Name changes within 72 hours may not be possible depending on the supplier.
Date changes are subject to availability and may incur rebooking fees charged by the supplier. Requests must be submitted to bookings@skyviatravel.com at least 7 days before the original date. Changes within 7 days are not guaranteed.
Bookings made on behalf of another person are the responsibility of the person who placed the booking. All policies, including cancellation and refunds, apply to the original booking holder.
Group bookings of 10 or more travelers may be subject to different deposit and payment schedules. Terms will be outlined in the group booking agreement provided by your dedicated coordinator.
Special requests such as dietary requirements, room preferences, or accessibility needs will be communicated to the supplier but cannot be guaranteed. Skyvia is not liable if a supplier is unable to fulfill a special request.
