We understand plans change. Here is how refunds work based on when you cancel.
To cancel a booking, email bookings@skyviatravel.com with your booking reference number and the reason for cancellation. Cancellation requests are processed within 1–2 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Booking processing fees, travel insurance premiums, and third-party charges (such as airline change fees) are non-refundable regardless of when you cancel.
In the event of cancellation due to natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or other force majeure events, Skyvia will offer a full travel credit valid for 12 months. Cash refunds for force majeure cancellations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
