By accessing or using the Skyvia website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Skyvia provides travel booking services including flights, accommodation stays, tour packages, and custom itinerary planning. We act as an intermediary between customers and travel suppliers. Final availability and pricing are subject to supplier confirmation.
Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received. Payment must be completed within 24 hours of receiving a payment link. Prices are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and include applicable service fees. Skyvia reserves the right to cancel unpaid bookings.
Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Cancellation Policy. Refund amounts depend on how far in advance the cancellation is made. Non-refundable fees include booking processing fees and third-party charges.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents (passport, visa, ID) appropriate for their destination. Skyvia is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to insufficient documentation.
Skyvia acts as an agent for travel suppliers. We are not liable for service failures, delays, cancellations, or other issues caused by suppliers, natural disasters, government restrictions, or events beyond our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.
All content on the Skyvia website — including text, images, logos, and code — is the intellectual property of Skyvia or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Skyvia reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
