Great, with minor hiccups

One pickup arrived about 20 minutes late in Cagayan De Oro and one restaurant stop was temporarily closed. Both were quickly resolved. No trip is perfect but how a team responds to issues matters — and this team handled both situations gracefully. Still a very positive experience overall.

Safe and comfortable throughout

Traveling with young children to Cagayan De Oro means safety is always top of mind. The team was clearly briefed to be attentive to families — safety equipment always provided, activities age-appropriate, proper child seats in the vehicle. This gave us real peace of mind throughout.

Good — ask about accommodation upgrades

The itinerary and guiding at Cagayan De Oro were excellent but the included hotel was a step down from the overall quality of the experience. Worth asking about upgrade options if accommodation matters to you. The tour itself was genuinely great though.
