Nothing could prepare me for how enormous yet graceful these creatures are near Cebu. Snorkeling alongside them felt both thrilling and deeply peaceful simultaneously. Absolutely unmissable if you're visiting the area. Our guide was experienced and the pre-swim briefing was thorough.

Kawasan Canyoneering is incredible

Jumping off natural rock cliffs into pristine cold river water near Cebu, navigating through canyons, swimming under waterfalls — this is the most fun I've had on any trip in the Philippines. Guide was safety-conscious and fun in equal measure. Soaking in the thermal pools afterward was perfect.

Great city and beach combo

Cebu's rich history was brought to life beautifully by our guide. Magellan's Cross and the heritage churches are fascinating. Then heading to the island beaches for snorkeling was a wonderful contrast. The itinerary made the most of our limited time.
